SW Martello Tower Leading Light extinguished

  1. MARINERS   ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, the Martello Light situated within the Gate 4 complex and exhibiting a Lt (Iso R 4s) in approximate position 51o41.605’N 004o57.431’W that forms the rear Wear Spit leading light transit is reported as extinguished.
  2. Mariners should navigate the area with caution.
  3. Admiralty chart 3275 and Imray Y26 & 2600 ATLAS refer.
  4. A further notice will be issued once the light is reinstated.
