Our liability

In relation to any information, tickets, products or services (third party products) that are available for purchase through our site from third party retailers, we confirm and you do hereby acknowledge that we are not the buyer or seller or an auctioneer of the third party products or services (unless otherwise specifically stated), neither are we an intermediary between the third party retailers and you. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you are a consumer user (as opposed to a business user) and defective digital content that we have supplied, damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.
