Subtidal diving survey operations will be carried out by the vessel Celtic Discovery in Milford Haven between 7th July and 9th July 2026.
- MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, between 7th July 2026 and 9th July 2026, subtidal diving survey operations will take place in the vicinity of the RWE outfall and Cleddau Bridge, (see below chartlet with marked operational area).
- The diving survey will be carried out by the vessel “Celtic Discovery”, acting as guard vessel throughout operations, maintaining continuous coordination with VTS and working in line with ferry and other vessel traffic movements within the waterway.
- “Celtic Discovery” will display Flag A (Alpha) whenever divers are in the water and will exhibit the appropriate shapes and lights in accordance with the International Regulations for the Prevention of Collisions at Sea.
- Mariners are requested to keep clear of the working area, pass at slow speed, make minimum wash, and navigate with caution at all times during the survey period.
