The Berkeley Group has further strengthened its presence in Pembrokeshire by taking occupancy of three significant commercial properties at Pembroke Port. Through Berkeley Coachworks Ltd, the company now operates from Pillar Warehouse, The Guard House and Falcon House, demonstrating strong demand for both industrial facilities and high-quality office accommodation.
Berkeley Coachworks specialises in delivering bespoke manufacturing and engineering solutions while investing in regional skills and capabilities, and the acquisition of all three properties supports the company’s continued growth and future ambitions.
At the heart of the expansion is Pillar Warehouse, a substantial 12,000 sq. ft industrial unit ideally suited for warehousing and industrial activities. The Guard House is an historic Grade II listed building offering almost 2,184 sq. ft of office space and Falcon House is one of four Grade 11 listed annexes that have been sensitively renovated to create flexible modern workspaces while preserving the area’s rich maritime heritage.

The renovation of the properties at Pembroke Port formed part of the Pembroke Dock Marine project which was funded by the Swansea Bay City Deal through the UK and Welsh Governments, the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government, and through private investment.
