1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that the Mid Channel Rock Beacon (FL(3)G.7s18m8M Lt Ho) is reported as unreliable.
2. Mariners should navigate with extreme caution in this area.
3. Admiralty charts 3273, 3274 and Imray Y26 & 2600 ATLAS refer.
4. A further Notice to Mariners will be issued when repairs are complete.
