Grab Sample Surveys

  1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, between 16th and 20th September 2024, NRW grab sample surveys will take place at a number of sites within the waterway as detailed in the chartlet below.
  2. Sampling will be carried out by the NRW Survey boat “PEDRYN”.   Vessel is 12m LOA, RHIB with enclosed wheelhouse.   Pedryn will be displaying the appropriate shapes and lights as per the regulations and will monitor VHF channel 12 at all times. 
  3. Mariners are required to navigate with caution in the vicinity of “PEDRYN”.
  4. Admiralty charts 3275 and IMRAY Y26 and 2600 atlas refer. 
  5. This Notice will self-cancel at 2359hrs on 20th September 2024.
