The Port of Milford Haven has been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work Certified™ organisation for 2025-2026 – marking the third year the organisation holds this prestigious certification.
Attaining a Great Place To Work Certification is a significant achievement, backed by validated and anonymous feedback collected from employees by Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture.
The accreditation celebrates companies where employees consistently enjoy a positive experience at work – with the Port of Milford Haven scoring considerably higher than the threshold percentage for certification.
Of particular note, the Wellbeing and Safety cultures at the Port of Milford Haven received special mention, with much higher scores for these areas compared to the average UK company.
During 2025, the Port of Milford Haven also received certification as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces For Women, and as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Manufacturing, Production & Transportation.
