The Port of Milford Haven aims to address all complaints quickly, effectively and courteously and to swiftly resolve any issues, where possible. A formal complaint must be made in writing by completing the complaints form below.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 7 working days. The manager responsible for the business area in which your complaint relates will be appointed to liaise with you to fully understand your concerns. You will then receive a written response within 28 days.
