1. Due to the current situation in Ukraine the UK Government does not consider it appropriate for Russian vessels to continue to enter UK Ports. With immediate effect Russian vessels, as defined below, will not be given permission to enter the Port of Milford Haven until further notice.
Vessels:
- Owned, controlled, chartered or operated by any person connected with Russia.

Owned, controlled, chartered or operated by Designated Persons as designated on the UK
Government website. - Flying the Russian Flag.
- Registered in Russia.

3. The Port continues to work with stakeholders to identify vessels that fall within the above category and take appropriate action.
