1.  MARINERS ARE HEREBY REMINDED that vessels or objects moored to licensed permanent buoys within the following designated “small craft mooring areas” are NOT required to exhibit, all round, white riding lights. Mariners are advised that slow speed/minimum wake should be utilised within mooring areas.

3. Navigation outside of the recognised channels should only be undertaken with local knowledge and, particularly during the hours of darkness, with alertness and caution.
