1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY REMINDED that, Milford Haven Port Authority operates a vessel traffic service which includes harbour surveillance radar covering Milford Haven up to the Cleddau Bridge and the seaward approaches for ranges of up to 6 miles.
2. Milford Haven VTS offers a Traffic Organisation Service as defined in MGN 401 (M+F) and MGN 318.
3. Vessels may contact Milford Haven VTS for traffic information, traffic clearance or port operational information at any time using:-
i. VHF channel 12
ii. Telephone 01646 696137
iii. Email vts@mhpa.co.uk
4. Mariners are further advised that VHF and telephone calls may be recorded for safety and efficiency purposes.
5. The above services are offered and will be rendered only on condition that neither the Authority nor any of its servants or agents shall be liable to any person whomsoever for any injury, loss or damage of any kind howsoever caused or arising, whether as a result of negligence or otherwise, as a result of non availability of the service.
