Cherub and International Canoe Nationals dinghy racing event will take place on Milford Haven Waterway from 5th to 8th July 2024.

  1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that Cherub and International Canoe Nationals dinghy racing event will take place in Milford Haven Waterway from 5th to 8th July 2024.
  2. All racing will start and finish in Dale Bay (approximate position 51°42'32"N 5°09'38"W) and extend from Watwick Point, East to Stack Fort, remaining North of the main navigation channel. Courses will be determined by the prevailing wind on the day.
  3. Up to 50 dinghies and 6 safety boats are anticipated to be on the water during the event, along with the committee boat.
  4. Racing is expected to begin at 09:00 hrs and be concluded by 17:00 hrs each day.
  5. Vessels are requested to remain clear of the racing fleet.
  6. The committee boat will monitor VHF Channel 12.
