Cancellation of NTM 177/23 and update to NTM 001/24

NTM 177/23 – Cancelled as lights have been repaired. NTM 001/24 – Updated to remove NTM 177/23.

1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, NTM 177/23 – "Milford Docks Approach Leading Lights, Front Blue Leading Light Extinguished", is cancelled as the Leading Lights have been repaired.
2. NTM 001/24 has been amended to remove NTM 177/23.
