A floating tidal energy device and platform will be deployed at the META Warrior Way site from 15th September to 31st October 2025.

  1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, a 10m x 6m floating platform and tidal energy device will be deployed at the META Warrior Way site between 15th September and 31st October 2025.
  2. The platform will be on a swinging mooring in position 51°42.224’N 004°55.610’W and will be marked with:
    • A yellow day cross and flashing yellow light as the main navigational light.
    • Steady yellow lights on each side of the platform.
  3. When the platform is not on the mooring, the mooring will be marked with a large unlit yellow buoy (approx. 1m diameter x 1.5m high) with reflective tape for night visibility.
  4. The platform and mooring will be removed on or around 31st October 2025, after which a cancellation Notice will be issued.
  5. Mariners are requested to navigate with caution and allow a safe berth when transiting the area.
