  1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, the Angle Buoy Top Mark is currently obscuring the associated navigational light during the hours of darkness, reducing its visibility.
  2. The Angle Buoy Top Mark will be replaced at the earliest opportunity. Until the replacement has been completed, mariners are requested to navigate with caution in the vicinity of the buoy due to the reduced visibility of the navigational light.

  4. This notice will be cancelled upon completion of the replacement of the top mark.
