Milford Docks Channel leading light & day shape unreliable due to maintenance works

  1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that the rear Milford Docks Channel Leading Light and day shapes, located at Nelson Steps, is currently unreliable due to ongoing maintenance works. 
  2. During this period the rear light will be out of service for a day, while the day shape will be removed for maintenance and remain out until further notice. 
  3. Mariners are requested to navigate with caution in the area and not rely solely on the leading lights and shapes for navigating into Milford Dock during this period. 
  4. Admiralty Charts 3274, 3275 refer.
  5. A further notice will be issued once all maintenance is completed and the rear light and day shape are fully operational.
