Dredging Operations RWE ‘Pembroke power Station’ Intake Channel

  1. MARINERS  ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, commencing 23rd July 2026, for approximately 7 weeks, dredging operations will take place within the intake channel for RWE ‘Pembroke Power Station’. 
  2. The dredging will be carried out by the 80m TSHD ‘Scald’. The dredger will be supported by survey/plough vessel F48.
  3. The dredging works in the Intake area are only expected to take place during daytime hours only and not at all on Sundays. 
  4. Mariners are required to pass at slow speed and to navigate with caution when in the area. 
  5. The  vessels will maintain a listening watch on VHF Ch12 at all times during operations and manoeuvres.
  6. The vessels will show the appropriate lights and day shapes for a vessel undertaking these operations.
