Annual maintenance of navigation buoys within the Milford Haven Waterway will commence on or around 13th July 2026.

  1. MARINERS  ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, annual maintenance and repair work of navigation buoys within the Milford Haven Waterway is scheduled to commence on or around 13th July 2026, lasting approximately three weeks, weather permitting (see list of buoys at the end of this notice).
  2. The works will be carried out by the vessel CT BIDSTON, which will always maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 12 and display the appropriate lights and shapes in accordance with COLREGS.
  3. Maintenance activity will include the use of lifting equipment and mariners are reminded the CT BIDSTON may be restricted in its ability to manoeuvre during maintenance operations.
  4. Mariners  are requested to navigate with caution, give the vessel sufficient room and minimise wash when passing.

  6. This Notice to Mariners will be withdrawn once the maintenance works are complete.
