Celtic Longboats Rowing Regatta in the area of Black Tar

1.      MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, on Sunday 21^st June 2026, Llangwm Longboat Club will run a series of races in the area around Black Tar.

2.      4 Circular Celtic Longboat races will be run, starting and finishing at Black Tar.

3.      Approx. 15 Celtic Longboats will be taking part accompanied by safety boats.

4.      Safety Boats and Race Control will monitor VHF Ch 12.

5.      The approximate start and finish times will be 11:00 hrs. and 15:00 hrs. respectively.

6.      Mariners are requested to navigate with caution in the area and give the rowing craft a wide berth, mariners are further reminded of the Dead Slow Minimum Wake requirements in this area.  

7.      Admiralty Chart 3275 and IMRAY Y26 and 2600 Atlas refer.

8.      This notice will self-cancel at 23:59 on Sunday 21^st June 2026.
