Notice to Mariners No.123 of 2021 - Milford Haven Schedule 2 Checklist October 2021

1.  MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, from 0001hrs on 1st October 2021, the June 2018 Milford Haven Schedule 2 Checklist will be withdrawn from use and replaced with the October 2021 Milford Haven Schedule 2 Checklist.


2.  The October 2021 Schedule 2 Checklist has been remodelled for ease of use by Port Control and has also been amended to include more details around pilot boarding conformity.


3.  A properly completed October 2021 Schedule 2 checklist is required to be sent to Port Control prior to any arrival, departure or berth move in Milford Haven.


4.  A copy of the October 2021 Schedule 2 Checklist is available on the MHPA website; or please Click here:

                                        

5.  All vessels LOA over 50m, except the regular Irish Ferry, must send a completed Schedule 2 Checklist to Port Control before any move can be authorised.

 

6.  Masters will have a period of grace until the end of October 2021 to commence using the October 2021 Schedule 2 Checklist.
