Notice to Mariner No. 38 of 2010 - YACHT RACING SLOTS

1. Notice is hereby given that, to facilitate greater access to the waterway for leisure racing, no specified vessel (NTM 118/2008 refers) may navigate upstream of an imaginary line between Thorn Island (Approximate position 51° 41'. 53N 005° 07'.06W) and Great Castle Head (Approximate position 51° 42'.63N 005° 06'.97W) between the days and times as follows:

(a)  Commencing 21st April each Wednesday between 1830 and 2100 hours until 1st September 2010.

(b) Commencing 5th September each Sunday between 1100 and 1400 hours until 19th December 2010.
