Milford Haven Port Authority has worked tirelessly in recent years, gaining continued praise as a modern Cruise port of professionalism and flexibility.  The Authority's Cruise Coordinator Sue Blanchard-Williams is the Secretariat of Cruise Wales Partnership.  Milford Haven Port Authority are also members of Cruise Europe, Cruise Britain and Celtic Wave.

As one of the deepest natural Harbours in the world and set within the UK's only coastal National Park, there could be no better port of call for Cruise Ships than the Milford Haven Waterway.  With so much to see and do, visitors will be spoilt for choice.

Milford Haven is setting new standards in terms of West Coast Cruise Ports.  With the highest level of expertise in handling all aspects of passenger ship operations, the Authority is fully committed to providing the Cruise Industry with a professional standard of service, whilst consistently promoting the Black Watchquality of the environment within which it operates.

Milford Haven and Pembroke Port offer:

Berthing Facilities - Capable of accommodating vessels of up to 220 metres at Milford Shelf and up to 163m at Pembroke Port.   Anchorage and Berthing facilities under review to accommodate larger vessels.

Tug (if required) - This service is provided free of charge

Quayside - All weather facility with local Tourist Information desk (and relevant translators if required)

Courtesy Shuttle Coach - Transporting guests and crew into the nearby town centre and around the various attractions at Milford Marina.  If vessels arrive at Pembroke Port  transport would go to nearby town centre of  Pembroke

Warm Welsh Welcome - with a musical accompaniment on arrival or departure e.g. Welsh  harpist

Shore excursion opportunities - countryside and National Park tours/walks, Welsh food, arts and Maasdamcrafts and golf at  any of the various courses,  including Tenby's stunning championship links course

Activities in Pembrokeshire - golf, fishing, sailing, surfing, horse-riding, Pembrokeshire by air, guided walks tours, sketching/painting, walking/rambling, island/coastal boat trips, coasteering, abseiling/rock climbing and kayaking and canoeing
